PES2010 use PES6 online system (in better of course), it's confirmed by Nicolas Dyan from Konami France during "La Foire de Paris"

hmm interesting. To date that has been the best working online version, but I don't get why or how they'd use a previous generation source for next gen :/ - maybe in terms of functionality it will be the same...

The base of Pes 6 online will be used and then they'll probably build next gen requirements on top of it.

pes 6 played well on 360 (lag free). but it was not a good game at all. i hope they change the lobbies and allow us to create our own leagues and cups too. i just wnt a good online game, dont care at all about the rest of it.

The game play in the online mode needs to be imporved then they should add leagues and cups to online play!

i agree, this is a must . i wont buy it if the online is shit again.

I would rather they had PES6 graphics for the online modes in PES2010, then better graphics in the offline modes, so long as they sort the lag out!

me too. you know you can still play pes 5 on 360. no lag at all, just a bit hard to get a game cos not many have it still but you can pick it up on ebay for about £5.
the few games ive had were great and realy took me back to good old days when pes was good... i hope they sort out this years pes .

PES 6 online system worked the best with virtually lagless online games so I suppose it makes sense to use it.
