can this site auto reduce the size of avatar to 100 x 100??i cant use the avatar i want

Now it's at 120x120 so the avatar being smaller is all right :)

If your avatar is bigger than 120x120, post a link to the pic here and I'll resize it for you. Or email it to me at Zygalski@yahoo.com if you can't find a link to it. I'll attach the resized pic in a post or email it back to you.
