World Cup 98

Ive played all of Lennons classic OF's and I was just wondering if anybody could create a World Cup 98 OF or patch please? I would even pay if the kits,stats and stadiums were all correct as well. I would do it myself if I knew how.

I started making one back on PES 2 I think but never got round to finishing it. I'd love to play a WC98 OF as I think to date it's been my favourite WC!
