if they're not stupid (unlikely seeing how konami is the one releasing PES) they'd release it worldwide.. but knowing konami europe/japan and then the americas...

you sure it wasnt this game thats coming out on that weekend in november ? Konami would be very stupid to release the game same time as the soon to be epic call of duty
