Knowing KONAMI I am having a hard time believing they will get everything in this year. Just look at Mo-cap, how late they started. Therefore I think they will release another game later due to WC2010, just like FIFA has been doing all these years only this time KONAMI will put everything in what they have been promising for years now.

Since more people are working on the game it might also be good for the company releasing 2 games.

PES 2010 Wii version is also coming out this year.

Releasing pes 2010 and a few months later a pes2010 World Cup edition, or what ever you wanna call it. i am not talking about the wii version, which is a very good game by the way

Highly doubt it. Besides, they don't have the world cup license.

Nah, I think it would not happen. Besides, we would have to spend $ 100 (on my case, I'm Brazillian, the games here cost R$ 100).
