Would be nice to see a player missing a match due to sickness.
Or becomming a father, etc etc.

Players that get suspended because they dont past a drugtest.
And then get a long suspension like the Nandrolon situation that infolved Edgar Davids and Jaap Stam.

Players who not show up in time after a international match, happened a lot when Romario was playing for PSV in Holland.

Like the idea, but I think it goes too much towards Football Manager style gaming! PES is different, even though it would be in the Master LEague, what happens if you're playnig with Man Utd and Rooney gets banned for 7 months for taking drugs, your master league campaign gets ruined, but interesting idea though!

How fucked up would it be if you'd have to miss your key player due to drug abuse? XD how would u implement that in the game? During ML creating an option "boost player performance with a sniff of coke" hahaha XD...
