The people on the sidelines are so sparse and unrealistic, I wanna see;
-Subs jogging up and down the pitch
-Match officials (Physio's,UEFA attendants, stewards,) walking around by the bench, officials area
-Managers shouting and giving instructions on the touchline.
-Fans need to be nearer to the pitch in certain stadiums, perhaps make the first two, three rows of fans look realistic, and you see them chanting etc.
-Different adboards, just not all Konami in particular stadiums that's so frustrating even if they signed a deal with less well known companies, its better than Konami everywhere.
-Just more general movement around the officials area and when the players approaches the touchline you should be able to see the officials area.
-See the players coming out the tunnel at the start and different opening scenes.

This would make the ambiance more palpable, make it feel more alive. I would go as far as to say that they should protest fouls from the bench, people stepping out, waving their arms, as well as jumping out and celebrating goals.

This and an editable coach, so that it looks good.

Don't know about PES2009 because I didn't buy it, but in 2007 and 2008, they have other companies in adboards. I think it even updates itself a little bit, I remember seeing a McDonald's promotion on an adboard that was never to be seen a while later.

But on everything else, I mostly agree.

The fans shouldn't be too close to the field though, that only happens in some stadiums.
