Player Focus and the way they stand!!!

players, refs and linesman need to keep their eyes and on the match and the players as well as the ball!!
i see refs looking elsewere sometimes and i sometimes see players facing the other way when they are supposed to be standing focused on the game and the ball.

PES 2010 could be a disaster if they change the way players stand because the way they stand right now are like apes eg

Last of all the biggest disaster is if pes does not implement 360 degrees movement---------------------highly important

but you cant do 360 degrees on the dpad, i absolutely hate analogue and d-pad is most easiest to use, this my opinion, i know that people like you like analogue but konami needs to cater for everyone including the d-pad, its mainly because of the d-pad i prefer pro evo over fifa,
