After reading this from the home page

'Manual Goalkeepers: PES 2010 will be the only football title to offer users complete control of the keeper. Players can switch to their goalkeeper at any time, and will enjoy total control of his actions.'

im wondering does this mean we will be able to play as our fav goalkeepers in be a legend mode? and if not when changing to the goalkeeper in a normal match can we keep as him and not have the game constantly change us to a outfield player?

i know for many people this would be very boring but being a goalkeeper myself i would love this feature and would definatley give me a reason to buy pes over fifa.

any details??

No,there won't be this mode in PES 2010,you'll only be able to select your goalkeeper in normal game mode and let the other players to be coordonated by AI.

I hope it can be switched off, nice addition to the game, but I'd prefer to play with the keeper the way it is atm.

In Become A Legend you should be able to be any position even goalkeeper.

Also you should get promoted from training matches not just for scoring goals, because I wanted to be a Defensive Midfielder, to act as a rock to the back for, but it is impossible to get selected because you dont score goals. Basically what I am saying is that they should make you move to the first team for if you are eg. defensive midfielder you should get selected because of interceptions and good tackles.

Do you get what I mean.

You get a chance in the first team if your ratings are good. DMF ratings arent as reliable on goalscoring as say strikers are.
