Manger Mode in Master League

The other day, I had an idea about a new mode which i want to know if it is possible,

Firstly i would like to start by saying when you start Master League wouldn't it be a good idea to make your own Manager for example: Mr.John ... also adjust the apperances, clothes ect... During the mode you can have interviews with interviewers ect...

Well i would like more manager-features in the game. However i'd still like to play the games myself. Even though the simulate-oppurtunity sounds great aswell playing last couple of matches at the end of a season.
But yeah - the managing aspect would be great. More statements from other managers/players aswell..
