blurrry vertica lines

im having strange problems with pes 2009 and pes2010 demo when in full screen mode i keep seeing blurry vertical lines going upwards and its really annoying ...it does this when maximized in any res, but in window mode doesnt ,does anyone know why this is happening just in these two games but not in any other games?

im using 32" hdtv

it cause i didnt have vsync enabled
