You should be able to earn extra money in many forms from sponsors that you acquire for you club or team by winning or something. These sponsors should be able to be updated and should change.

In PES 2010, I think that you will be able to chose your sponsors, which give you a certain amount per win, plus bonuses when you achieve some goals.

For example, the first, default, sponsor could have the promotion achievement, as you are starting in D2 (in ML).

You also could chose to break a contract with your sponsor, I think, not sure though.

Once you get the sponsor does it go on your playing shirt/jersey?

It shouyld have different sponsers like apparel sponsors, boot sponsors and club sponsors.

No, you will get the offer by the sponsorship which is set in randomly by the Computer, you have no choice to received, negotiate or reject to the offer.

Hopefully , konami will put more flexibility in case of choosing sponsorship.
