Your Help Needed Pls

I have a problem of not being able to change my signature or browsing for an avatar. I uesd to have a sig but i cant even see it in my posts and the worst thing is that the edit sig doesnt appear in my user cp. If anyone can help pls reply. Your help is much appreciated, Thanks.

ok i used to have 260+ posts and thats why i can use custom avatar,sig and all the pesinsight legends features..that mod cut my post count rather than ban me for having a lotta posts per day..and thanks to hitmanu2k he still allows me to have the features(legends)
