Unmodded Xbox 360 option file guide

I have a normal Xbox 360, not modded or 'flashed'.

Will there be an option file that I can use? and if someone could spare two minutes to quickly explain how to do it, as have never done it before, I'd be very grateful

i want to start master league asap but would like all the right kits

unfortunately you have to do the editing manually like me.
