I am not big into kits and shoes and whatnot, if I were to download an option file (PS3) and just wanted updated transfers and real names what do I need to copy to get just real team/player names and transfers?

All you need to copy is the 'Edit Data' save that comes with a downloaded option file. But for the sake of a few mins copying the strips I would recommend it. Personally I think it makes a HUGE difference to the game
