This list is in order from top left, going along, to bottom right. Row by row.

Top Row: Celtic, Rangers, Man Utd, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, West Ham, Newcastle, Aston Villa, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Valencia, Deportivo, Monaco, Marseille

Middle Row: Paris-SG, Bordeaux, Ajax, Feyenoord, PSV, Inter Milan, Juventus, AC Milan, Lazio, Parma, Fiorentina, Roma, Dortmund, Bayern Munich, Leverkusen, HSV

Bottom Row: Olympiakos, Galatasaray, Dynamo Kiev, Spartak Moscow, Vasco de Gama, Palmeiras, River Plate, Boca Juniors.

The rows are as they are set out on the Team Selection team for matches, not on the Edit screen.
