There used to be a site where you could see it... I don't remember what it was exactly... But it was for BaL mode. It possibly is the same thing?

Well, I think they are self explanatory...

- Shoot improves shooting abilities, like accuracy, power and technique;
- Pass improves passing abilities, such as short pass accuracy/speed and Long pass accuracy/speed;
- Dribbling improves dribbling abilities like dribble accuracy and speed;
- Defence improves defence ability;
- Athletic Ability improves top speed and acceleration and stamina;
- Goalkeeper improves goalkeeper's skill.

I think it develops alone without the help of the allocation points...
