have not and i repeat has NOT.
Classic. :D
By the way, I've always got some free time, and I don't mind helping. My computer will restrict me on what I can help with though, due to things such as no Java, no Copy 'n' Paste capability and so on.

Nifty, I really HATE it when it doesn't let you copy and paste. Damn thing!
Might be worth reinstalling Windows?

Well, copy 'n' paste isn't totally out-of-action - only across certain formats and within certain formats.
I can, for example, copy 'n' paste from a notepad file to a messageboard reply box on the internet. I can't do the opposite, however.
PaintShopPro doesn't allow me to copy 'n' paste. Bloody thing.
I haven't got the energy to attempt to get this laptop working properly - or the time. Plus, I don't know what I'm doing.
I tried installing the latest Windows Service Pack, which got rid of various other niggling injuries sustained by the computer, but copy 'n' paste is as yet unresolved.

Have you tried right clicking??

Yep, it doesn't register the fact that I choose "Copy" as the option. In PaintShopPro, the option is greyed out altogether.
Still, I'm formatting this weekend, and installing XP. :D
