It looks like you're router isn't letting you go online.
If you're on PS3:
I suggest you go into systems settings and where click on autodetect port settings - it worked for me.
If not you need to get into your router settings and either open the port manuall or assign your console to a DMZ (ie. outside your firewall!)
Good luck.

Have you tried autodetect port settings - try that first...
DMZ I think stands for demilitarised zone or something like that...How it works is that your router has a firewall etc and is configured to only allow certain accepted signals in to your home...
The DMZ is a system where you can bypass the firewall so anything can come in. I wouldn't suggest you put your PC in a DMZ but you can put your PS3 in there...
You need to go intor your router settings and there should be a setting for DMZ....
Having said that I think if you are on BTBroadband I don't think they allow a DMZ on the home hub - in which case you'll have to 'open the ports' on the router....I'm no techie so have no idea how thats done - sorry :(
