numbers flashing up next to players name???

What are the numbers next to the players name during a match in become a legend mode?? They aren't there all the time. They flash up at certain points during a game.

Its starting to annoy me...even though it is having no impact on me winning games or scoring goals.

It says nowhere in the instructions what these numbers are.....anyone got any ideas???

Team tactics...
Go to your game plan, tactics, strategy. You will know what are those.

You will, however, not abide by them much.

I honestly rarely see the effect of them in the AI gameplay.
