Does anyone know exactly what improves for the training methods
Shooting
Pass
Dribbling
Defence
Athletic Ability
Goalkeeper
They obviously improve the things they say and presuming shoot improves attack etc but what about things like heading ability? and what is athletic ability - Stamina, balance agility etc?

I think shooting improves your shot (accuracy,power and technique), Passing improves all ur passing abilities, dribbling its your dribling accuracy and dribbling ability, defence its your defence ability and balance, Athletic ability its things lyk speed, acceleration, stamina and so on.

Yeah, i would assume heading would be connected to agility, so more the Althletic side of training, maybe its a combination - jumping is connected to athletics, but the accuracy would be down to shooting?
