To me the best goal keeper is Shane Given, i play as man city and i have conceded like 7 goals, i play on PROFESSIONAL because i find Master to be super hard...however he is great at one on ones, his reflexes are amazing, theres games where i have played and ive been on defense for half the game and if it wasnt for him i would have lost...wht are u guys fav goalies

i have him on my scout list, and he is really good, i believe he has 92 keeping skills, 90 response... at age 22 or something like that

I agree totaly I play as Man Blue and he is just amazing I have conceeded 2 goals in 6/7 games which is good on TOP PLAYER , Atleast it is for me as in
PES2009 I managed to only just survive on Regular difficulty, I have adapted a lot better to this years PES.

Best Goal Keeper in Master League?

Easy. It's Ivarov.

You guys probably know him from the original Master League. He was in my Youth Squad. I looked into my Youth Squad and he was there with a 94 rating :)
I promoted him into the First Team strait away and know he has played more than a season with me. He now has a 97 rating and is by far the best Goal Keeper in the game

You should buy Joe Hart from man city a.k.a Man Blue. Than buy him 2 skill cards (Penalty stopper and 1 on 1) put him in first team and after two seasons he will have 90 rating(let him play plenty of matches). I play with shakhtar(on top player) and already in season 2011/2012 hart was the best goalkeper in the game

Bane of my existence. He wanted to sign for my LIV, and I was being a scrooge, haggling over £100,000 here, £100,000 there, and he then backed off and has refused to sign since.

Am now stuck with West Hams' Green, 2nd string Calvieri and podgy Reina. He is a little short, but with reaction of 91-93ish, can pull of some very decent saves.

Plus keeper skills of 78 and growing - okay not the best, but reaction makes up for a few things.

I think it's realistic, although being a fan, I almost wish he was 99 + 99, and 8 foot tall...then I could "upload" those stats to the real life him!
