[For loan players, in game loans have been completed e.g Donovan to Everton, but if a player has been loaned to a team not on my option file I have left them at their parent club in case people want to use them e.g. Robinho to Santos]
-Over 50 new players created (Douglas Costa, Campbell, Eriksen, Maxi Lopez, Aleksic etc)
-Squad numbers for all transfers corrected
-Line ups for all team corrected
-Colo Colo kit added, FC Bayern kit fixed
-Incorrect player names fixed (Aghahowa, Tymoschyuk, Erdinc, Panucci etc)
-VfB Stuttgart and Maccabi Haifa FC swapped with Melbourne Victory and Estudiantes de la Plata so ML Champions League accurate!
-Statistics adjusted for Nagoya, Pohang, APOEL to make them more realistic.

- Pohang Steelers created in place of Amkar Perm (Team B) with full kits etc
- Fake free agents renamed in capitals of their nationality to make it easier searching for real free agents (You'll see what I mean) so makes searching for Trabzonspor / Amkar players easily (they are still on the game).
- Full line ups/benches for entire EPL
- Some transfers that I'd missed / player releases have been done
- Some boots added to created players

After many more hours of work, here is the updated version of the file to be compatible with Konami update 1.03.
The option will be as before with added;

- kits for Cruz Azul, Melbourne Victory and Red Bull Salzburg update
- Maccabi Haifa emblem (to replace Trabzonspor now UEFA logo)
- HD quality emblems for all (thanks Gamefaker)
- New Players created; C. Gimenez, Mario Ortiz, Borini, Mame Diouf, Alcantara, Alex Quillo, Borzani, Jose Ortiz, Biro, Reinhardt, Lanig, Oliseh, Sacconi, Barba.
- Transferred Appiah, R. Carlos (will all January transfers in later file)
- De-registered Primus, Ashton.

After many, many hours editing, this option file for UK compatible with Konami Update 1.02 contains:

-All EPL and La Liga completed with kits emblems players etc.
-All Player names written in lower case (e.g. Messi, C. Ronaldo, Eto'o instead of MESSI, C. RONALDO, ETO'O)
-All International kits changed (most are 100% accurate, lack of spaces for all, however, they have been edited)
-Correct Squad numbers for most teams
-All player nationalities correct (A. Dominguez, Dani Carvalho etc)
-Team A fake teams replaced with; Bayern Munchen, VFL Wolfsburg, Melbourne Victory, Stabaek IF, Steaua Bucuresti, PFC CSKA Moscow, FC Rubin Kazan, FC Zurich, Trabzonspor, Unirea Urziceni, and Debreceni, APOEL in place of PES and WE United all with full squads, kits (except Melbourne) and emblems (except Melbourne and Steaua)
-Team B contains; Hamburger SV, FC Schalke04, SV Werder Bremen, VfB Stuttgart, FC Red Bull Salzburg, Maccabi Haifa, BATE Borisov, Dynamo Moscow, Amkar Perm, Palmeiras, Corinthians, Los Angeles Galaxy (all with full kits, players, stats, formations, squad numbers) and Al-Ahly, Al-Hilal, Colo Colo, LDU Quito, Nagoya Grampus, Cruz Azul (with all previous except full kits.)
-German teams have emblems, other european teams have UEFA emblem and rest of world teams have FIFA emblem.
-International Duplicate players removed
-Loads of Player shirt names changed (Guit.Haz. R.R.Drenthe Maza Amdy Faye Osky etc)
-Missing transfers done (M'Bami, Zenden etc)
-Some extra Players created (Assulin, Soriano, Canales)
-Classic Players names changed for those I have unlocked (which is nearly all except Leagues on main screen)
-Classic players used for most German teams where I had unlocked them before editing, there will be a few duplicates, and so your squads may not be full until you have unlocked what I have (shouldn't take long)
-Stadium and Cup names changed to what they closely represent
-Some player stats changed (Birmingham City, Boca, River Plate, Internacional, Vermaelen, Scholes, Rooney, Anelka, Kakuta, Dzagoev, Maxi (Late peak to standard lasting only) and NO MORE if you want to reset them.
-Some players physique changed (e.g. Rafael and Fabio da Silva)
-Classic Players faces (e.g. Voller, Maradona, Bergkamp etc) and Dzagoev and Elia if you want to reset / not copy them.
-Subs benches / lineups changed for all EPL and Champions League teams
-International selections and line ups changed for Brazil, England, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa, France.

ur messing up too badly meaning wad ??? can u leave a few example for me coz i am using G.T.M. world pes option file and it is quite good but he did not do teams like cska moscow with their actual player so i am considering taking ur option file if u are making a update coz G.T.M. has a star system which when konami released a DLC patch he will update it and let us enjoy his file so if u r able to do dis too , i can considering taking ur file as i had edited not much in his ( G.T.M. ) file already juz dont wish to restart to do everyting again pls try to reply me as soon as possible and will be looking forward for ur next update which is 1.03 . tks for ur option file as it contains a lot of special features but which according to myself i know that u can improve further with ur knowledge

Meaning if their update deletes loads of players and really messes up the squads so lots of players are in the wrong teams. To be honest I think it will be okay and so I will probably update it anyway to have the teams I've made.

Great sources, I had found them also but I am not very good at making the kit pngs (That's why I use JackWhoBRA's :)) or faces but if anyone can create them or find them somewhere (Though I have looked for ages!!) and post them here I will definitely put them on the option file, same as the other teams without kits.

Really? It should be fine, I checked mine and Burnley logo is correct, plus the files uploaded without problem, which link did you download? Have you tried the alternative?

Sorry, but I probably won't as it means changing them everytime I update it in the future if I do. I wouldn't worry too much about the stats (which are from pes stats database) as Rooney goes from 93>89 Vermaelen 69 (ridiculous)>84 which I think are more realistic and there are only a couple you just press triangle button on ability screen to automatically reset to default.
I did Boca, River and Internacional to fit in with the stats of my created rest of world teams to balance out the stats.

Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru don't have full kits but they have been edited and look pretty good with a generic kit manufacturer logo and proper kit style.
I will update the transfers also and post an update in February though I might post one half way through aswell.
Will also be updating kits for Cruz Azul and Melbourne (which I have got) and others if someone can make them.

The transfers are fully up to date as far as I am aware, though since posting it I have also transferred; Valverde, Appiah, Roberto Carlos, Lafita and added Mame B. Diouf (Man Utd), C. Gimenez (Cruz Azul), Borini (Chelsea) and removed Primus and Ashton from Portsmouth and West Ham. Will post an update when there have been more changes.

-> Replaced Trabzonspor emblem for the HD UEFA Emblem
-> Created Macabbi Haifa HD emblem (replaced Trabzonspor emblem)

I've done Macabbi Haifa HD emblem, because I wanted to recreate a fully official UCL 09/10 (Macabbi Haifa was the only team without emblem).

You said all player nationalities are correct; How did you fix Obraniak, Boenisch to polish citizens and Zamora & Jloyd Samuel to Trinidag/Tobago citizens. I'm curious to find out because as it is now I had to create them and add the duplicate to the national teams.

i have been looking far and wide for an OF that suits my desire, i must say yours looks awesome, the unlocked players, the lower case names THANKYOU! if only konami could do this also! I live in Australia so i am looking forward to playing with/against Melbourne Victory. Love the variety of teams especially Wolfsburg Dzeko & Grafite not in ML is an isnsult. I think you only need to copy edit data, uniform data, and faces not system data. Only thing is you will need to have unlocked hidden players from master league to have full german squads, but it doesn't take long if you simulate games.

I can't there is not enough room for logos for all teams, Konami only allows 40. That's why rest of world teams have FIFA logo and some european have UEFA logo

Minor things:
1. There is commentary missing for some of the players. I have just discovered these, but there are probably more: Hunt-Hunt (Bremen), Gomez-Gomes (Bayern), Tymoschyuk-Tymoschyuk (Bayern, also - his name is misspelled), Martins-Martins (Wolfsburg).
2. Bosnian fake player Mrtovic should be Muslimovic (he is already in the game, just needs to be put on the team). Also, player Medunjanin from Valladolid plays for the Bosnian NT, but his nationality in the game is Dutch. Can this be changed?
3. Player likeness, but this is just nitpicking. :-)

One major thing: some of the created teams, especially the lesser known ones, like Al-Hilal, Pohang Steelers, etc., are too strong. The players' stats are simply set too high compared to teams from La Liga, EPL, etc. What kind of database did you use? I'm guessing that this is the source of the problem...

Yes you can just register them back to Portsmouth and West Ham United, there are in the free agents section. Will only take you a minute as they are easy to find as all real players are in lower case and fake ones have been put in capitals of their nationality.

The created bit unknown teams, their players have too high stats compared to players that are already in-game.

I downloaded the file V2 but it did not work on the latest Konami update. I will try to download V2.1 later (I couldn't download from FileFactory because it was busy and MegaUpload because it is blocked by my ISP)... If someone can host the file in another website I would be grateful..

I am also wondering... do you need to recreate and re-do all the work when Konami comes up with a new update? That must be time consuming with all the editing and all. Wouldn't there any way to hex edit the EDIT file to make it compatible with newer Konami update?

I got it to work.

Try going in your PES2010 menu to System Setting-> Download and then download their DLC (it is different than the patch you download when you start the game). After you download it and install it, copy the Edit File over it from your flash memory.... it should work. Try it

Used to play PES way back starting on the SNES but recently been hooked on FIFA 09/10 but got bored, PES2010 seems a different challenge, refreshing. FIFA is too simple in comparison, though its a great game still

Cheers jmelough, a top quality option file, with a serious amount of work put in to it. Just a couple of things I noticed: Ronaldo, (the Brazilian one playing for Corinthians), is not a Brazilian national in the option file, I tried to register him for Brazil national team and he's not available, ( I copied him exactly as another created Brazilian player). Ninkovic of Dinamo Kyiv is spelled NInkovic in the option file. I ain't complaining though, it's the best option file out there

Hi guys, for those of you having trouble with compatibility, the file is compatible with Konami update version 1.03. My version 2.1 file is the most recent. In order for it to work though you have to download Konami's patch manually as the one when you turn it on doesn't even do anything. Just do as addola did and then put in my file and the option file will work.

If you just don't copy system data you should be fine and so will your trophies. However, if you find you are not able to unlock trophies there is a guy who found a way round it on here somewhere, I think there is a thread on it.

No worries mate, just pointing out a couple of tiny things to make the option file more perfect. I'd done some extensive editing myself, including tweaking player stats to fix goalies/ slow down gameplay, so I downloaded your file on another profile to see if the DLC/patch actually did improve gameplay.The only problem with your option file is that I have fuck all left to edit myself :lol:

thanks for the option file, its amazing! couple of small things that you might look into if you want:
- Formation and posiiton for some of the Bundesliga teams are incorrect (e.g. Bayern, Werder, where we see defenders in striker position)
- Some of these teams hardly have any substitutes.
- Could you look into the player stats for Ajax? I had a look on Pes Stats database and most players have a better on there than in game. (Yes I know, Ajax sucks but I still like them ;) )

Again, amazing work, adds so much to the game! Its just great to play with all the teams you have added. Since I'm a Dutchy I appreciate HSV, and Bayern more than i used to.

Can u tune down several edited other team stats eg. Melbourne Victory, Pohang Steelers etc, they should be nowhere near Europes elite, Estudiantes and Corinthians obviously are.

Is there any chance of their being more emblems eg. Estudiantes.

And lastly is there supposed to be players with Country names in capitals in free agents, lol.

Hi guys, sorry I haven't been on here for a while, but my PS3 broke (YLOD) so was waiting to see what I was doing with regards to an update. You will all (maybe) be glad to know I have got a new one and will be releasing an update probably a few days / a week after Konamis with all transfers done and Estudiantes and Melbourne moved to League B with Stuttgart and Maccabi / HSV / Schalke in Team A. I foyu prefer one of these three let me know and I will probably put in most popular!

Oh and non-registered players in capitals (eg ARGENTINA, RUSSIA, etc) are meant to be like that as they are fake and makes it easier to do file when Konami change anything and to find real players that are free agents. Plus as their nationality cannot be changed they are useful for creating players of that nation.

Sorry to hear about your ps3, mine done the same but it was caused by the freeze in the tunnel it done about 6 times and after resetting 6 times i decided to try another game and after a while it also had the same problem so the freeze does do damage, I have since bought slimline and so far no problems.

Hi jmelough look forward to your update as i ve done the dlc new update and its messed it all up, so you would think konami would get this sorted out with some sort of patch so every time theres a dlc you dont lose all player data. Cheers keep up the awesome work.

How do we know which KONAMI Update version we are downloading/using?

As far as i know, we just click on Download Update - then once we agreed to term and condition, it starts to download straight away without notifying which update version we wanted to use.

Hence, makes it difficult to decide which Option File to use since we don't really know which KONAMI update version we are at the moment.

Now added Version 2.1
Small update includes;
- Estudiantes La Plata created in place of Trabzonspor (Team A) with full kits etc
- Pohang Steelers created in place of Amkar Perm (Team B) with full kits etc
- Fake free agents renamed in capitals of their nationality to make it easier searching for real free agents (You'll see what I mean) so makes searching for Trabzonspor / Amkar players easily (they are still on the game).
- Full line ups/benches for entire EPL
- Some transfers that I'd missed / player releases have been done
- Some boots added to created players

- New Players created; C. Gimenez, Mario Ortiz, Borini, Mame Diouf, Alcantara, Alex Quillo, Borzani, Jose Ortiz, Biro, Reinhardt, Lanig, Oliseh, Sacconi, Barba.
- Transferred Appiah, R. Carlos (will all January transfers in later file)
- De-registered Primus, Ashton.

-Some player stats changed (Birmingham City, Boca, River Plate, Internacional, Vermaelen, Scholes, Rooney, Anelka, Kakuta, Dzagoev, Maxi (Late peak to standard lasting only) and NO MORE if you want to reset them.
-Some players physique changed (e.g. Rafael and Fabio da Silva)
-Classic Players faces (e.g. Voller, Maradona, Bergkamp etc) and Dzagoev and Elia if you want to reset / not copy them.
-Subs benches / lineups changed for all EPL and Champions League teams
-International selections and line ups changed for Brazil, England, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa, France.

Hi guys, just a quick message to update everybody. Unfortunately Konami have decided to only update transfers to January 15th in their new update so I will not be releasing my update until they release their final one as it would be a complete waste of time and I want to see what players they add before creating my own (e.g Campbell, Douglas Costa, Kleber, Maxi Lopez etc). I may release a very basic update with main transfers done for 1.03 Konami Update as I haven't bothered to download the new one.

Appologies for not replying for a while, my PC has been in for repair and only got it fully working today.

(Maybe Konami should hire me to do their transfers, they would be completed by now!! :D)

The DLC released on the 16th of February 2010 contained incorrect data, and some players' free kick motion do not appear properly.

What is wrong with the formations? Have they not uploaded properly? I did update all of them, and by that I mean made the line-ups so there are no GK's playing left or gaps in teams back etcetera and changed starting eleven's to the best of my knowledge.

Hi there, I think I have realised your problem. You have not unlocked the players that are in these teams (Master league hide players) and so the players are incorrect. If you copy my system data they should work.
Just in case are you sure you are using update 1.03 of Konami installed in your game?

Yes Porto is updated with Ruben Micael, I did create Kleber too but his transfer fell through which is a big shame for Porto! I'm not sure about the gameplay update, I will have a look at it. Let me know how you find the update and if there is anything major I have overlooked.

I've passed 4 hours straight playing UEFA Champions League with FC Porto =P
The OF is great (as always), I don't see mistakes with transfers (Kleber in Porto is ok), buuuuut... (and I don't know if it's you fault or not) there are players that are using your "custom faces" that shouldn't... I noticed that Pedro Mendes (Sporting Lisbon) is using one of your "Edited Faces", but he is totally diferent from real life... in real life he's white, and in the OF he's black :lol:

Just a little note, this is something that I changed but if I wasn't Portuguese I wouldn't notice it.

I installed a Gameplay Patch in another User Account in PS3 and i think that there is a major diference... feels alot "wider", the players don't play close to each others anymore... you should try it (in another User Account).

Other than appearances (that you shouldn't worry) is the BEST! World Soccer Fans should use this... I never tought I would see an OF this great...

I'm not sure if I will update it to 1.05, certainly not until Konami release a completed update anyway as it keeps messing up registration which takes at least ten hours to correct alone. Is there a way to just update the game to Konami 1.03 on a new user account?

I am pretty sure yours is not working correctly as you have Konami 1.05 update from what you've said as it messes up the registration of players. As I have said above, Is there a way to just update the game to Konami 1.03 on a new user account? Does anybody know because it would be a big help for people.

I've passed 4 hours straight playing UEFA Champions League with FC Porto =P
The OF is great (as always), I don't see mistakes with transfers (Kleber in Porto is ok), buuuuut... (and I don't know if it's you fault or not) there are players that are using your "custom faces" that shouldn't... I noticed that Pedro Mendes (Sporting Lisbon) is using one of your "Edited Faces", but he is totally diferent from real life... in real life he's white, and in the OF he's black :lol:

Just a little note, this is something that I changed but if I wasn't Portuguese I wouldn't notice it.

I installed a Gameplay Patch in another User Account in PS3 and i think that there is a major diference... feels alot "wider", the players don't play close to each others anymore... you should try it (in another User Account).

Other than appearances (that you shouldn't worry) is the BEST! World Soccer Fans should use this... I never tought I would see an OF this great...

HaHa yes Mendes' face is ridiculous (don't know why that has happened, I didn't change it!) you can just go into edit player and reset his face to default. I didn't do it in time for my new update but will put in any future one I make. Let me know if there are any others.
I have taken Kleber out now too but again not on new update yet.
I might try the gameplay patch in a couple of weeks.

After many, many hours editing, this option file for UK compatible with Konami Update 1.02 contains:

-All EPL and La Liga completed with kits emblems players etc.
-All Player names written in lower case (e.g. Messi, C. Ronaldo, Eto'o instead of MESSI, C. RONALDO, ETO'O)
-All International kits changed (most are 100% accurate, lack of spaces for all, however, they have been edited)
-Correct Squad numbers for most teams
-All player nationalities correct (A. Dominguez, Dani Carvalho etc)
-Team A fake teams replaced with; Bayern Munchen, VFL Wolfsburg, Melbourne Victory, Stabaek IF, Steaua Bucuresti, PFC CSKA Moscow, FC Rubin Kazan, FC Zurich, Trabzonspor, Unirea Urziceni, and Debreceni, APOEL in place of PES and WE United all with full squads, kits (except Melbourne) and emblems (except Melbourne and Steaua)

-Stadium and Cup names changed to what they closely represent
-Some player stats changed (Birmingham City, Boca, River Plate, Internacional, Vermaelen, Scholes, Rooney, Anelka, Kakuta, Dzagoev, Maxi (Late peak to standard lasting only) and NO MORE if you want to reset them.
-Some players physique changed (e.g. Rafael and Fabio da Silva)
-Classic Players faces (e.g. Voller, Maradona, Bergkamp etc) and Dzagoev and Elia if you want to reset / not copy them.
-Subs benches / lineups changed for all EPL and Champions League teams
-International selections and line ups changed for Brazil, England, Spain, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa, France.

Hi m8 - PS3 noob here - first patch download, Im a HUGE PES fan over many years playing, just got a PS3 and PES2010, but I obviously want the correct details for all names teams kits etc.

could you PLEASE give me some info on which of these patches that you have put up I will need to download to get an authentic gaming experience??

Do I start at your first one? Do I just D/L the last one?? Do I need to D/L all of them?

The file is fantastic, kits, teams etc...... One issue - the players for the edited teams are all over the place. Not many players are in the right teams or are still in the created players bit. Having a mare switching them all around. I downloaded the file at the top of the first post (ver 3.2) - should i download them in order? And when I put it on my PS3, PES asks me whether I want to install downloaded content - do I answer yes?

Can anyone help me sort this out, its a great file but something has gone wrong along the line.

P.S. - Stuttgart's squad seems to be Panionios - who aren't on this option file, and I can't find some of Stuttgart's players (namely Jens Lehmann), any ideas?

Sounds like an excellent OF but I've got an urgent query for you. I've downloaded it, and it's got all the right look to it with the PS3 and SAVEDATA file names, but for some reason, when I put my usb into the PS3 nothing shows up. I know about going to display all and copy away, but the only option I have is information.

I've tried asking it nicely, crying at it....nothing works! HELP
