What players have you made? i've made quite a few "classic" and some new players:

grobelaar, schmeichel, kohler, bebeto, lombardo, ravanelli, adu, beattie, yeboah, weah and a few others.

lol i got al nostalgic after reading a world soccer from '95

I deleted some poor foreign teams and made 8 Premiership ones. Anyway this is just shamless self promotion so I'll go back to the topic ;)

I find it quite satisfiying creating players, especially when they look like the real thing. What's Yeboah doing now, is he still playing? He scored some cracking goals for Leeds.

i like creating players from the 94 world cup, it was a great competion, and the first world cup i saw, i got nearly all the stickers,woo!!!

I thought he scored two goals that both hit bar and in, one of which was a volley, and one which was a strike off of the ground.

Still, I couldn't give a toss - Yeboah was, and still is, useless as a footballer.

Schmeichel is in the game - he's at Manchester City at the start of the game. Then again, maybe he made Kasper Schmeichel. Or maybe he thought the City Schmeichel was Kasper, and so he made Peter. Who knows.

Personally, I've "made" quite a few players - but just about all of them have been copied from one website or another. Evo-Web have a thread which has been an absolute God-send for little face-edits etc.

Re. Yeboah.

He perpetrated some tax scam and went on the run a few years ago. Seriously. (Although I assume he's come out of hiding by now.) He played in Germany for a while after leaving Leeds . . . don't know where he is now, though.

And I agree; that guy certainly scored some great goals. Does anyone remember the one he got against Liverpool? He shot from miles out and the ball blasted off the underside of the bar and came down just behind the line.

And then he scored another just like it the next week.

Legendary.

Whenever myself or my mates see a shot hit the bar and bounce down like that, we still shout 'He's done a Yeboah!'
