I am in the process of trying to buy an italian version of the game, so i can use this option file, and i had a quick question about the italian version. On my game (uk version) it has multiple languages, does the italian version only have italian, or does it have multiple languages? Because i don't speak italian, but if it only had italian i think i could figure things out.

Oh, it is tough to find someone on ebay.it that will send it to the United States.

you dont need an "italian" version of the game, you need the european version. the language you can also choose after starting the game. theres only one problem, teamnames are only right in italian language, for your own language you have to edit the team names by yourselves, but thats no big deal, did it for my german version too.

european version you should get at amazon, or in any other european ebay, the package has not to be from italy ;-)

I'm in the UK, and have the UK version of the game. Will this work? I downloaded, spent ages copying it all over and it seems like teams like Milan etc have larger squads, extra teams in Others A but no Serie B etc!?

I downloaded theinho's Serie B patch. Works on UK version and is awesome. Big squads and kits are amazing! Look in these threads for it.
