Play-in game
Arkansas-Pine Bluff vs Winthrop
http://espn.go.com/mens-college-basketball/tournament/bracket
Play-in game is on the 16th, first Tournament game tips-off on the 18th.
Favorites must be the 4 #1 seeds, with Kansas or Kentucky the teams you would want your money on. But the mid-majors play good basketball and we should see a few upsets. In my bracket, I have the 4 #1 seeds advancing because the 2 seeds don't seem strong enough to really take them out. However, the team I had playing Kansas was Georgia Tech, ACC Tournament Runners-up. I will check out injuries and the like and make changes to my bracket, so expect some edit's coming.
In he East, things were a bit easier with Texas having shit the bed lately and WVU being the only other real favorite.
In the west, Syracuse will be short handed with the injury to Arinze Onuaku being a big blow. KSU, for me, are unproven and Gonzaga are mediocre. Xavier and Vandy might surprise some people, but the 'Cuse are still a strong team, so I see them advancing.
In the South, my Blue Devils are the #1 seed, with Villanova, the team who knocked them out last year grabbing the 2 seed. Maybe the weakest region with Purdue losing their best player to injury, Notre Dame and & A&M being average, and Baylor being unproven. I see Duke advancing, but 'Nova has a great chance to advance themselves.
