Hi guys,

here is the newest development video of pes 2011. The sound is poor but you can see a bit of gameplay here.

What are your impressions so far?

The gameplay is pretty bad considering I didin't like PES 2010.This seems to me almost a fidel copy of PES 2010.

I still can't see how can someone judge a game just by looking at that video FOOTAGE taken from a cam. It shows nothing.
I'll wait for a proper video.
The things I want most after pes 2010 are
ANIMATIONS
MOVEMENT
BETTER DEFENCES
MORE PASSING AND FREEDOM
And then comes button lag (but it gets better over time once you get used to it).

That's what many said last year "you can't judge it just from a trailer,or a screenshot".People better stop believing konami's lies, because that's what they did all the time:lie people.
Anyway you'll convince yourself that PES 2011 will be a failure.I don't need to open your eyes, you'll see for yourself when the time will come.

the keepers still look easy to beat from long range, looked like an arcade game from the two videos I've seen and hardly too much difference in graphics to this years version with players still wandering around in the pitch aimlessly and players stretching to pass leading to them falling to the ground unnecessarily. Its going to be pes2010.5 no doubt about it.

I agree with most that the game being showed here looks a lot like 2010 but i will hold judgement since this is very early demo of the game. I was really expecting more but that can be realized later.

I am mostly happy because they have adpated a more transparent approach towards this years development. This will help them to catch bugs and problems early and hopefully fix them before the demo launches.

Currently, gameplay should not be critized in depth but instead checked for additional animations and so on....

Who in hell is believing Konami? That's just stupid.
But it's much more stupid to judge and talk loud about a footage taken from a camera that shows us nothing.
1. The camera footage can vary in framerate thus resulting in a different paced game when you see it.
2. Footage from cameras doesn't show graphics quality. No need to explain.
3. No proper gameplay was shown and no new things were shown in the gameplay video not to mention the fact that you didn't play it so far. Also from the footage you cannot tell the exact animations.

So tell me how can you tell already?
Not saying it will be good. but I'm saying that it's best if we hope because fifa 10 didn't keep it promises (still it's a great game overall) and we have nowhere else to turn if fifa takes a step back. So let's hope.

At least they listened and brought the speed change back. That'll be good for sure at least.

What is being shown is a comparison of PES 2010 PES 2011 and a real life image so it's not only pes 2010 shown as you will see from this screenashot http://www.computerandvideogames.com/viewer.php?mode=article&id=232233

To early to tell one thing that looked like pes 2010 was that freekick animation but this is generally a shit video to tell anything from we can all decide once we see like a 10min video of a match were we see fredom, indivuality, commernty and so on.

^You can make an assumption from a video, but NOT from that video. Because of the things I mentioned which are relevant and proves my point.

Also from that footage you cannot tell the exact animations.

I can't see how one can make an assumption based on a video taken from a camera.

Anyway, is there any new news so far? Like more previews or more gameplay info?
I hope to see a proper gameplay video soon.

Oh come on:angry:
I can see everything from that video. You must accept the truth:KONAMI is lying again!
Rremember last year when they said PES 2010 will be the bomb, but it proved to be shit(and I anticipated this from the first trailer and from the first screenshot).
So no more false hopes!

Honestly, the vids and pics does not show enough to make a solid judgement on the development so far. Too little was shown.

However, from the little that i saw i was not impressed. I was hoping to spot something different, movements, animations....just something but it all looked the same. The 200 man blue sky team seems to be a bit behind.

Anyways, feedback from some of the reports such as PSM3 and other independent reports (not including Penpas the hemmroid pusher from WENB) reveal that most of the work done so far is on graphical changes. Other areas such as freedom of passes, animations, 360 movement and reponsiveness still needs a lot of work. ....but they have time.

What furiates me is that nothing is being said about their biggest problem ....Online gaming.

If you want to say so, go ahead. It's your opinion.
But basing FACTS on a video taken from a camera is just not logical.
Why?
I gave my reasons which are actually the truth.
I am not saying it'll be much improved or it'll not be good.
I am just saying that we have to wait for a proper video because that one can't be based as a solid evidence to prove a point.

anyways the current build is WAY too early to judge the animations on, just remember last year they implemented 16 way control in august, so konami have loads of time to improve keepers and general animations, I shall judge the game properly when we see videos from gamescom :D

you speak sense my friend! basing opinions this early is ludicrous, right now its at the stage of just getting your feet wet in the pool that is konami!

I mean we dont even know who are licensed yet (Liverpool etc)
