ok i have been talking to mikeom1, the dream team is still on! but with hardwear problems things have been slowed

1st:
These player need apperences:
pictureperfect
mellows
rebus ( i have a parcell one but need a better one)
hitmanuk2k ( i need a pes apperence i think u gave my a we:6)

2nd:
a clear idea of games, there going to be real time over msn, form arrows are going to be random and teams picked before the game

3rd:
a starting 11 are need to be picked for the team (ALTHOUGHT THE GAME TEAM WILL BE PICKED BEFORE THE GAME) so if players could continue to vote players in this tread (http://forum.pesinsight.com/showthread.php?t=5645)

NO ONE is getting kicked off the team, and NO ONE need worry themselves about getting banned or kicked off the team in future AND
no player have been kicked off (ps how was i going to kick players off any way? the team handed in!)
i need to do testing but i keep forgeting
