Fifa player chaning to PES

Hey guys,
I've always been a FIFA player but I'm sick of the same game every year with only minimal changes. So I'm going to get PES 2011 next year. I do have some questions though, does PES have anything similar to Manager Mode in FIFA? and I've saw some files for unlicensed teams on the forums and was wondering how i go about installing these files onto the PS3? Does PES have a Create a Player like Virtual Pro?

Also is there any other modes that PES has that FIFA doesn't?

Pes has Be a legend instead of virtual pro. Basically you create a player and follow him in his 15 or more seasons (not sure how many seasons but there's many) and go with clubs you want. But any club can make you an offer, you just have to choose the right one.

As for manager mode. Pes has Master league.

Also pes has champions league license and copa libertadores and these will be standalone modes I believe.
