I am first time user have downloaded the file then erased all my files and copied all of files into the saved data files

nothing worked i followed steps as written i even created new user account. then downloaded all the updates that requested in ps3. in the game setting menu

would appreciate some help please

first check you European version bles00688
and check your konami 1.07 laster update go to setting system -- download --- he will show you the laster update u can download it
make new user copy edit data and check it will work or not
