As a Chelsea Fan i Really Hoped that they would be Licensed this year. Mainly becasue they won the league. but it's good that they are easy to edit.

I said "No, they aren't. You can see that in the latest pics" That means that you can see Chelsea Unlicensed in of the pics. So why do more people need comfirm that so you will believe it? Pics can't lie. I thougt you would actually look for the pic, But you clearly didn't. Like if you are a lazy bum or something.
And about being mouthy. Do something about that then.
wikipedea doesnt state that chelsea is liscenced, i visited yesterday and it mentioned, teams shown in video footage and. it mentioned London FC(chelsea). but it never said that Chelsea was going to be liscenced in the game.

It used to be the top 2 teams. So now we get 2nd and 7th. The UEFA entrants should be licensed, otherwise, why the heck bother getting the license!?
its not who should be licensed, its who konami are able to license, this time it was man utd and liverpool again.

I know the limitations of the PL license thanks to EA, but I don't think it should stop UEFA allowing the teams, even if it was only for the UEFA modes. It just seems very unofficial to have North London Red, West London Blue, North London White, Manchester Blue and Birmingham Clarets or whatever they call them in that mode.
then you would have two teams of the same, one with a real name and the other with a fake name and logo, and thats not possible because because it would interfiere with the license rights, for those particular teams. its just not possible.
