Big Premier League Clubs Licensed?

I was on wikipedia and i just spotted something . a couple of days ago it said chelsea licensed but it was wrong cause it didnt say it in bold (newly licensed clubs need to be bold) but todday i saw half of EPL licensed. it looks like everyday theres a new epl club being licensed. look a this:

Sorry but wiki is hardly a reliable source. I would just wait until we get the news on who is licensed from Konami/ WEBN/ Pesfan lol.

Would be a suprise if they had those English teams licensed compared to just Liverpool and Man Utd, a nice suprise though. :)
