Will PES 2011 U.S version has the support from OF makers on the first day

It will releases in someday October 2010 , I don't know if we have the supports from OF makers for U.S version . Then maybe we can get the Full Option files for PS3 U.S version maybe 3 or 4 days later after release, hopefully some genius makers will show their hard works once again.
