Well as the new artical is here I looked at it and saw Liverpool not licensed and ok I didn't care but then I read that not another team licened but then he said it most prob is city and I guess that's man city so that means maybe that city of manchester staduim will be on it so what do u fink about it?

It's better if the teams are not licensed, so you can edit the kit, the way you want!

With EA now the Premier Leagues official technology partner I wouldn't be surprised if there are no licensed teams this year. Even if there are two like normal, the chances of the EPL being totally licensed are really slim.

Why sadly? Surely having one of the other Prem clubs licensed other than the top four is a good thing? I can't stand Arsenal and am not particularly fond of Chelsea. I think licensing Spurs would make a refreshing change. Could maybe get White Hart Lane in the game then too!

I'd actually prefer to have no Prem Lg sides officially licensed if it meant Konami could then afford to buy the Championship or Bundesliga license.

Ok I have measaged konami editer to see if png is avaible on 360 and should find out tmz I hope and I got a mate who is helping me do championhip full league and I can get the option file out near day one mate but I want help so we can do the best option file done ever

I dont think dropping two licenses would give them the funds to buy another league, i also think there was a problem with the bundeliga a few years back, there was some form of falling out, they had the whole league ready to go in 08 but had to drop them for some reason, only bayern stayed in the other clubs.

Both Sours and Newcastle where licensed, but i know where your coming from, it makes more sense to license the biggest ones you can for promotional purposes.

only way pes will have epl full license is if fifa loose them all or fifa go out of buisness or stop making football games cause they dont like giving away licenses to other games for teams so i dnt think it will be that soon :/
