Is the penalty system the same?

Is there any news on the penalty kick system and also an improvment on the lack of them being awarded in PES 2010?

From the previews, comments and vids I've seen it looks like the pens are still from the same angle :(

However, people who have played the game have all said that pens have been awarded fairly and there's been no reports of getting hacked down and the ref just playing on ala PES 2010 :)

You can also chip penalties too, its pretty cool.

Nice, that was one of my few gripes with 2010. It seemed pointless naming your regular penalty taker as they were so few and far between.

the PK system for PES2010 was great! hope they keep it! but in game situations they should have the view from behind the kicker!
