I'd agree with you there, it may look nice to me having a fully licensed kit but when I get into master league i'm stuck with the 2010-11 kit for ten seasons. I wonder if the sponsor will change for cup and league matches?

At least the kit for Chelsea, and Arsenal in fact, will be some of the easiest to create in edit mode.

City's too is quite a plain top so actually it's a good thing i think that they've licensed a team with one of the more detailed strips.

I take it it's just two teams again with licenses. Spurs and United.

Arsenal fans stop your moaning, they've been licensed plenty of times in the past. Nice to see someone new, and well Man Utd is Man Utd isn't it? Love em or hate em, they are the most popular team in the division. The emblems take 5 minutes to change, and someone always does the kits reasonably quickly anyway. I wouldn't care if none of the prem was licensed.

You obviously don't have the xbox 360 version that used to take 1-3 hours per emblem..

Anyway the new import option will solve 80% of that problem :)

I'm a little upset that Liverpool aren't licensed but yeah nit takes all but a minute to change that in edit mode. What I'm more concerned about is whether or not are biggest players well receive harsh stat drops. But wasnt Pes the offical game of Liverpool? Does that change somehow now?

Yeah and the team that will kick them out will be absent from the game. Or if they are in the will be given the same treatment as CSKA was given fake players all rated about 55 basically unplayable.

Are CSKA in the game? I wondered if they are one of the Marchidegna style fake teams but I wasn't sure, and Tottenham won't be knocked out next week.

A dodgy away match on a plastic pitch but at least we got two away goals. Come next week i fully expect to win by two goals.

Not bothered about any licences personally. Would rather Konami spend time putting more team into the game.

I'm sure the option file makers would be more than happy to create the kits!

Yeah how easy is it going to be this year with the possibilitie of using a USB to transfer data to the 360!? will it recognise images, saved to it!?

They did obviously win the double and if you can't get license without doing that there would be only one way to get the license and thats winning the UEFA Champions League!

I think you should be able to edit licensed teams kits, maybe have a template with the clubs, badge, maker and sponser on so you can change the style to go underneath it!? So that way in Master League you can change kits each season!?

The box said it was the Official Game of Liverpool last year. Finishing 7th has hit them hard.

FIFA (the organization) need a kick in the nads for making the license exclusive.

nop. you don't get a license for them winning a competition, konami payed to license bayern munich, they didnt aquire it because they made it to the final. Plus, it wasn't for the first time, they were licensed in pes2008.

and as for tottenham, im sure konami would've prefer to license chelsea liverpool or arsenal, but maybe those teams were not accesible, so they decided to pay for tottenham's license

Iv'e heard that its something to do with Fifa's newly acquired "premier League" partnership!

Liverpool look retarded in the screens of fifa so im almost glad that we can edit teams, leagues etc on pes in great detail! gives us the power to edit to what we think is correct!!

Im thinking the tottenham license will neither help or hinder pes tbh! spurs fans will enjoy it and non spurs fans wont! much like the previous licenses in the past!!

Some people seem to believe that PES on Xbox has the ability to send across files, but I've still not seen it confirmed.

If I have to get a PS3, I'll get the cheapest pre-owned one I can find as I'm not paying full-price just to play PES11 with edits and maybe GT5.

i think chelsea should have been licenced but obviously theres a reason why konami couldnt.. but having tottenham licenced seemed the most logical.. man utd came second by a point so obvs year in year out they are licenced from now on im guessing? arsenal are just always 3rd doing nothing raising youngsters then selling them on like a stock market, tottenham have actually overachieved and done well by getting 4th they are a rising team who focus hard on playing well and have great team spirit unlike man city who buy everyone that appears in the newspaper so it would make sense that tottenham and man utd were the only ones licenced and anyway what difference does it make thats why konami gave us option files..?

That was going to be my question. I think I heard a while ago that Xbox 360 was now allowing sharing of files/data via usb storage devices, is this correct? And if so, do we think Konami will put the option on to add graphic files for kits and emblems??

i don't see the big deal about spurs getting the nod. You'll all be getting option files anyway so what is the problem ? Konami probably saved money going for spurs and spent money on other things, like advertising ?
