Player Creation Centre?

I thought of this when i was mod...I think we should scrap the 'player requests' section and just leave the sub-sections for the diffrent countrys there, With a 'player requests' section with in that, Alot of ppl request in the league they want the players for (eg.Beckham apperance in La Liga section) which is wrong..so by putting a requests section within the league sub-sections ppl will clearly post in the right place :)

but the idea is that people will know when the request has been answered.

if people post in the wrong place moderators should sort it out ;)
