It's the Konami Techno goal replay mega-mix.
Found on their current summer rave album.

If you like it that much, I think there is a way to rip it out of the game and make a CD out of that track and the others too.

Other than the fact that it is rumoured Chris James is a DJ and wrote the track too, I don't know much else about it....
