Game Speed???

Probaley a very noob question, but what deos game speed directly change? Deos it matter what I have it on? What's the realistic setting?

Game speed changes everything about the play. In my opinion the more realistic setting is probably -1, as the game is slightly slower and not so "zippy".

^Yeah, -1 is better overall than 0 because even the meter fills up slower. REMINDS ME OF PES 5 so I like it.
0 seems fine aswell though but the meter fill up a bit too fast.
