Best gamespeed level: 0 for SHOOTING, -1 for the rest of GAMEPLAY elements

Do you like 0 gamespeed level shooting?
Do you like -1 gamespeed level for build up play, passing, etc?

i still got to master the shooting part.. cuz even the smallest amount of power seems to let the ball fly high over the bar. I cant find the corners which those shots.

As for your question, 0 is fine. If you want something in between 0 and -1, well you will have to wait for the Kitserver then. There is a config module that allows you to change speeds in fractions.
