Rainey, will you 100% have an option file released for release day (even if it is not finished to perfection)? I saw on WENB that a lot of the kits were finished ages ago.

I know from previous years the WENB file has always been promised but never delivered in time. Last year my OF was the only one that people could use on release day, as I uploaded it at half past midnight on day of release.

I don't want to have to spend those untold hours editting only to overwrite it all with what will undoubtably be a finer package from you guys, but I need to have something for Friday as I have a tournament kicking off at 9am!

Keep up the stellar editting work you are doing and I hope you can confirm a solid release date/time for us mate

For the turkish version, i think it will be the same than england. Last year, there was 2 pal version, one for the euro zone, one for the rest of the pal region, england, but also africa and mideast, it was not an specific english version, even if everybody is using uk version.

It has been done to be sure that french, german... Will pay the eur 70 and not buy the game in amazon uk, without their languages.

Unsure about Serie B or Championship, definitely neither league will be included in the first version of the OF.

I believe there are 48 slots.

The Danish version is the same as the English one. Except we get the on Oct 7... small joys, I guess! :)

No idea about trophies this year, I haven't came across any yet so I'm hoping they're scrapped.

I think the updates are seperate now, could be wrong.

Firstly a thank you in advance to everyone working so hard on the option files, it seems some members tke it for granted that you do this out of your own good will.

Secondly a couple of questions. I hate starting the ML offline without a good OF so I will be filling my time with other modes until a good OF with SPL or Championship included comes out (player names, stats etc.).

If I buy items from the PES shop will these be affected when I install an OF?

Also would my ML online be affected if I started that up before installing an option file?

That's complete rubbish. The amount of time that was needed to spend on the creation of kits alone was mega. So often we had to exit the game, make a refinement in photoshop, copy it across and then load up the game, and if that improvement isn't enough we had to do it again.

The stadium feature was brand new, and no one new what sort of dimensions were used for these, so alot of trial and improvement was done here also.

And, I don't think I could see you spending several hours on correcting player names.

Secondly, i reckon you aren't gonna create new teams right? I mean, you're only editing kits, logos and so for the teams already in-game right? I think that's the best choice, as everyone always tends to add different teams to the game (either Championship or some other league teams).
But I was hoping JackWho (or whoever is dealing with graphics) put out some packs as he did last season. Say.. a Bundesliga pack with all the PNGs and the Exel file with all the formulae) or some other pack with some other league. This way people could choose the teams they would want to create. Is this going to happen? Unlike other people I'm hoping to create the Portuguese League, and I don't mind creating the players all by myself, I woulnd only have a problem with the kits. I was hoping some sort of pack with the PNGs for portuguese teams would come out :) is there any prospect of this happennig?

If there is any chance of JackWho doing the Portuguese League's kits I'd be happy to provide him with all the information needed (pictures of the kits, logos of the sponsors, and so on) so he wouldn't have to go through all the trouble of doing it all by himself.

Also, I'm waiting for your OF and I'll probably get back to you with some details concerning the portuguese teams that might have been overlooked, so you can correct it in the first update (if you do one that is)

This is true it does take a lot of time to do these option files. its shocking sometimes how much people expect out of others who do this for the rest of the community for free with their own free time when they could just do nothing like everyone else. hell the only reason I can get mine done in a day is because of the great work of hard working people like Rainey and Jack sharing their information and hard work with the community. if not for them and others on this sites and others i would take forever to get an option file done. It does help me out that i have a keyboard and am a legal secretary so cranking out name changes takes like an hour....its the kit editing that takes me forever.

I am sure the file will be top notch Rainey. the stadium already look awesome and with Jack doing the kits I am positive this will be the best option file out.

spent the entire evening finishing the M.L. in order to get some good credit to unlock some of the classic players, and after finishing the first season with all the trophies, I got 80 Crack point's or whatever, when all 7 of the classic teams cost 300 each, and there are 40 individual packs that cost 40 points each, which means you need to have 3,700 points ( ) to unlock all the classic players...

I see a lot of people are asking the same questions here, especially re: stadiums. Perhaps, for the sake of clarity you could write a list of the stadiums that will be included in the option file?

So far, from what I can see that is Stanford Bridge, Craven Cottage and the Emirates?

Hi guys, just here to let you know that the WENB Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 is nearly finished and is expected to be released on late Thursday night. I'm sure most of you have seen the OF images that were shown on the WENB frontpage a few days ago, but for those who haven't click here.

We're very pleased with the outcome and hope you are too. Here is what the first version of the OF will contain:

• Full kits for EPL teams and unlicensed teams in La Liga & Serie A.
• Major unlicensed national teams now have full kits.
• Team emblems added to unlicensed teams
• League and Cup emblems/logos have been added.
• Formation and squad numbers have been updated
• Many transfers have been made
• Player accessories (boots/kit styles) have been updated
• Fake names from unlicensed nations have been corrected.
• Classic Argentina, Brazil and Netherlands' names have been corrected (Haven't had to unlock more)
• 8 stadium added (Craven Cottage, Reebok, Anfield, St James Park, Stamford Bridge, Upton Park, White Hart Lane and Estadio Mestalla), all of which have their own unique advertising-boards[/list]

We plan to release this on Thursday night (07/10/10).

As the title says this OF is only compatiable with the UK version of the game.

Soon after the release of the OF, we will open up a section whereby you guys can point out any problems, missing items etc of the option file.

is this OF for use ONLY on UK versions of the game? isn't there a way of using it on European versions? coulnd't we just rename the folders?
if so, it's yet another reason for you guys to try and provide all the people that are using either European or US versions with the PNGs for the kits and logos (club and competition) and the formulae so we can edit things on our own :) I hope you are able to do so.

Changing the folder names doesn't work...tried it last year with the US version

Kit PNGs are not region-specific, so you can use all the ones that have been posted - the key is using the kit formulae, and JackWho's tend to be the best

The real magic of the UK OF's for me is all the work that is done in creating teams/players (e.g. the championship)...with all the work that the WENB crew are doing on stadiums, the deal is only sweetened...it's why im importing this year (got the notification the game shipped today - fingers crossed it gets here and works)

As an expat living in Spain last year i had to make do with the EU version but this year i have ordered Uk version from Amazon i know i will have to wait a little longer but it will be worth it after seeing the great work thats in progress.

Since it is safe to assume they won't fix the gameplay bugs with this update (maybe never !) and it will just be old school roster updates, I guess we don't need to wait. Rainey and Co's OF will do wonders will every thing.

hmmm wait a min... i noticed something weird. My game DVD states that its BLES-01021. Cover box too. But the manual provided says BLES-01020. So honestly now i'm not exactly sure. The 01021 offers language supports for English, Dutch, Turkish, and i'm not exactly sure what the other 2 languages are but looks like Swedish and Norwegian i guess... I'm guessing the 01020 offers English, French, Dutch, Spanish and probably 1 more.

U might be right though, 01020 might be for Local-UK and 01021 is for Export-UK. Cuz when i asked my local retailer where the game came from i was told it was the euro version. Region 2 coding too on the game proves its from Europe. And we've already confirmed that 01022 is the Euro version. Though i cant say for certain regarding the supposed 2 UK versions...

The stadium editor is very limited at the minute! so making anything like the emirates is a big no no!
Unless the add more stadium parts via DLC..

Rainy has already said about 4 times that this version is the UK GAME, meaning anyone who buys the game tommorro from UK retailers will be able to use the option file fine.

As for europe.....i guess you will all have to cross your fingers.

1. if u release the next updates in the future, do we have to delete your first of totally, so we just had to replace it all ? or it will be just like an added / separated file ?

2. can we download stadium from people who make it, put it into usb, and put it into the game by ourself via stadium editor on edit mode ?

3. will the incoming konami update replace all the editing of your of ? which part of editing stays ? which part gone ?

4. im planning to use ur of. but then i usually make one or two change by myself in edit mode like transfer, boots, formation, etc. so if i replace it with your update later, will my editing just like totally gone ? bcoz if that's the case, i would choose not to do any editing and just depends on ur great masterful job

Small question for future OF releases, is it possible to make for example multiple versions of the OF with different extra leagues :)

I am more then willing to help with kits / player names and such for the Dutch Eerste Divisie (dutch 2nd division, so below the ERE DIVISIE).

I have done my fair share of Photoshopping and PES editing so i guess i could be helpfull, if needed.

By installing the game data, the game should load faster, and the game will use some data from the HDD instead of the disc, enabling you to play without the noise from the ever spinning disc, since its not being used all the time. This is speculation from my side though.

Thats correct its supposed to improve loading times when in the game, going to match etc... not really noticable tho.

The EU and UK games only have different codes because of the language packs installed, the reason some people are getting differnt code on box to the code in the booklet is because the booklet is a generic booklet so it doesnt matter what is in the booklet as its in most languages anyway. Yes Rainey has said he has used the 21 coded game but his version is STILL the UK pal version of the game. All copies released today selling in UK retailers will be 20 version but they are still the UK pal versions. The only reason Raineys copy is 21 is because he has the earlier release title as he has had it for 2 weeks already so its not among the same batch as the versions shipped out for sale for today. The only way his option file will not work with the copies we all buy today is if he has made a mistake and its not the UK version he has got but actually the EU version..............

It would make sense for Rainey to try loading it onto a released version today just to make sure it does work, seeing as it went onsale at midnight in places that are open 24/7 i am guna guess that that is why we are still waiting as he is doing that exact thing right now! I just hope im very wrong about him actually using the EU version to create this OF thinking it was the UK one which is why we now have no sign of it as he is working thru the nite to fix this on the UK version hes just obtained!!!!

Of course that is just pure speculation tho lol......its getting late so gotta do sumin to stay awake lol

Aldo it wont work as its called BLES1021, which is the version I have, the proper UK version is BLES1020.

You could try renaming the folders or files with BLES1021 to BLES 1020 as its the same data its just the folders names that differ.
