Ok. Here is my first attempt at starting a thread. This is a game which I started on another footie forum. All you have to do is this... I start with a player/manager/team/ref name/event/incident (has to be correct full name really and nicknames are allowed as long as widely known). Then the next post has to use the last letter to carry on the chain. Absolutely no repetition or obscure references and you are not allowed to post after yourself.

eg Roy KeanE goes to EvertoN

EvertoN goes to Neil ShipperleY

The point is to keep it going so try and avoid difficult endings. Finally, if your post is going to start a new pg pls copy and paste all previous names to help people avoid repeating...

Let's see how long it lasts (presuming this is ok to do and anyone cares!)

The French don't use them in word games.
Can't think of any right now so I may be back and forced to guess or I'll just wait for someone else to solve it....
