Glen, sorry to have to ask but can you help me, I have transferred this option file, number 1 to start with not the updates, to a USB, then copied to my PS3.
I have deleted all other files before hand. Then loaded game and it said new update 1.02 so I installed the updates. When it tries to load the edit data it says I have the wrong version. I have BLES 0120. I just don't know what I should do. I would really appreciate your help. Thanks pal.

Hi, I've got a problem. I copied this OF to my console but it didn't copy to an existing folder ''Pro Evolution Soccer 2011'' on my PS3. This OF created another ''Pro Evolution Soccer 2011'' folder that's why the game doesn't read this OF. I have two ''Pro Evolution Soccer 2011'' folders. ;/

Hi there, I managed to work it out and the OF is quality.
I will try to help.
First of all make sure you have deleted all old data, be it edit data or system data, that's what I did. Make sure you have updated the game with all the latest updates including the extra boot content. When you copy the OF data from your USB to the PS3 do not copy across the edit data at this time, all other files but not the edit data. Load up the game and it should pull across all the files.
Then quit the game, pull across the edit data from USB to ps3 and then load up the game.

Excellent! I will give it a bash. I was just transferring the OF to make sure that it worked before transfering the rest of them to save time! What OF version have you used (1.0, 1.1 or 1.2)? Hopefully I can manage it, but if you could keep a wee eye on this page incase I need assistance that would be great!

Just use 1.0 for now. If that works then do 1.1 then 1.2.

No. I just skimmed the ps3 files and couldn't find a Bles 21 with Championship and Bundesliga, but if you look more on this site and pesfan you may find one if that's what you're looking for.

Can U do a clean edit data file? Because if i use one in this patch, this is a user file and when i copy to my ps3 it says that is other user file and if i use it i cant do trophies.

Every time I try to run it, it says that the edit data is from a different version and won't work. This is on the BLES01020 version. Can anyone please help?

First of all guys delete any old option file you have. All of the edit files & the system settings get rid of them. Update your game first to the latest version
by Konami. Then go and download all option file packs for this file.

Download all option files parts 1 2 & 3 now copy all files from each file but do not copy the edit file from the first two.. when you get to the last option file copy all 29 files plus the edit data. Load up the game and it will start to load up the edit data settings. And bingo you have the kits and correct faces etc. Enjoy hope this helps out guys.

Thats only because you didnt delete your own original option file first. There is no porblems with trophies using this option file, I have got over 50% trophies following installation

You'll have to restart, you have to overright your previous option file

Did you download the konami update first, I had this same issue. Just go to extra's download additoional boots from Konami, and then re-copy the edit date file from your memory stick to your PS3

i gave this file a go and everything seems great except the kits. i unrared the file, copied it to ps3 and loaded it up but the kits are all plain. is there something i missed ? thanks

I would try copying the kit files again and then recopying the edit file.

I know its a ball-ache but the kits are ok on my version so its not the option file.

are you sure you have the right thing then, called 'GTM PRO WORLD PES 2011 UK PS3 OF 1.0'?
there should be a few hundred small files for you to copy accross.

Any chance of adding Raheem Sterling & Suso to the Liverpool first team squad, as they have now been officially given first team squad numbers. Could replace Darby and Eccleston as they have gone out on loan. They're hot prospects for LFC, Sterling like a young right footed John Barnes and Suso is like Messi/Iniesta, fantastic left foot with great vision and awareness.

If not, no worries, I know you guys got a lot on your plate, getting this next update out. Top stuff, can't wait!

i barely noticed that the first patch 1.0 is BLES01021

you said it was compatible with bles1020 not 1021
i thought that was awfully strange so i just thought i should point it out

Hello Guys, I am from Germany but I own the UK version, so this patch is very fine, thank you. Only one problem: I installed all files like the instruction said, but there are a few bundesliga logos and kits, which are completely wrong. Koeln and Hannover for example have false kits and logos while Leverkusen and Dortmund are totally right. I don't know what to do and I am very thankful if you have a helpful advise for me.

Totally love the option file, everything is perfect kits faces the whole thing is outstanding. I was reading another forum about file of the year. You guys should have totally won. Seriously no one puts as much effort in and updates their files as much as you guys do each year. Keep your heads up. Maybe next year you will get it.

i have tried many option files and non worked.
i have the BLES-01020 version
i have the 1.02 dlc with the 2.00 data pack
Even this version of the option file didnt do anything

i cant figure what wrong am i doing.

i downloaded the file
copied it to a flash memory
copied every file to the ps3
then when i started the game ... nothing would be changed


so what am i doing wrong ?
anyone facing the same problem ??

look at the post #1570. it confirms your thoughts. copy 1.1 over 1.0, then copy 1.2 over again. with that you'll get all new files and newer files that replaces old with better kits or graphics. also on 1.2 you get newest data file that contains everything from the beggining

If you have followed every step, it will work. No offense, but there is no magic involved here. Follow the directions to a T and it works. Don't know what else to tell ya buddy.

you must make folder called PS3 on your usb, then open it and make subfolder SAVEGAME. that's the right place to put files on your usb. and when you put usb into ps3, goto game- saved game utility- look for an usb and push triangle on your joypad. then you'll get all files visible

Hey Mighty_Mag I already did a tutorial for that. Here it is...

First of all guys delete any old option file you have. All of the edit files & the system settings get rid of them. Update your game first to the latest version
by Konami. Then go and download all option file packs for this file.

Download all option files parts 1 2 & 3 now copy all files from each file but do not copy the edit file from the first two.. when you get to the last option file copy all 29 files plus the edit data. Load up the game and it will start to load up the edit data settings. And bingo you have the kits and correct faces etc. Enjoy hope this helps out guys.

Also forgot to add people. When you download all parts of the option file.
extract them one by one. What I mean by this, extract part one to the desktop, then copy that to USB and then copy those files to the PS3. The reason to extract the files Parts one by one, is so they do not overwrite each other. I did it before and had the same problem where it would not load up. Moving on. download part 1. Leave out the edit data on the first file. Copy the files one by one to the PS3 make sure you copy every file over correctly for each part of the option file. now delete part one from your desktop and repeat the extraction file for part 1.1. Copy over those files but leave out the edit data on this one also. do the same for the last file 1.2 and copy everything in part 1.2 including edit data then once finished load up PES 2011 & Get ready to experience the best option file ever made.

Hope this is not to complicated to understand.

I am guessing if you have turned injuries off in exhibition you would have turned them off for master league also. If I am honest I have never paid any attention to the injury or fatigue settings that much. I start master league and play. My opinion in your case. Maybe you should turn it back on in exhibition and try playing master league to see if it makes a difference. Hope this was helpful to you.

the OF won't work on your version of PES becoz the BLES code is different from the Swedish one and the OF is meant for the UK ONLY...

Wot many of us could du in less than an afternoon will now take them 2 1/2 months totally ridiculous. lets face it pro evo is good but not that good that you make ppl wait this long for an update if it wasnt for this option file I would not be playing this game as much as I am full stop :realmad: I really dont think FIFA fans would put up with this thats why I've always said that us pro evo fans are a strange breed willing every year to buy a game without the correct teams, players and licences and base our purchase solely on gameplay, Konami are very lucky to have fans like us and people who create these option files because other gaming companies/fanchises would not get away with this e.g. infinity ward/activision making COD without multi-player and adding it 6 months after launch. :D rant over keep up the good work gtm/mighty mag :cool:

the OF won't work on your version of PES becoz the BLES code is different from the Swedish one and the OF is meant for the UK ONLY...

Like i wrote, i do have the UK-version (BLES01020) since i ordered the game from UK. I even checked the game-manual to be sure that it is the right version.

There are 3 parts to the current optionfile 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2(the latest), I recommend you delete all data of prevouus wenb optionfile and copy the files from gtm starting with 1.0 as the rest are updates to the file. This will ensure you dont miss any of glen and mags more superior work to that of wenb.
make sure you have the uk version of the game blues 01020.

You need to log in or register first and then when you are on the correct page you should see a megaupload logo next to the option file you want to download. Click the logo and it should take you to megaupload.

Can't you just add Swansea without removing any teams or is there no room? And Swansea should be there :)

I think Swansea would be a great addition. Maybe to replace Preston as they look like they are going to get relegated and Swansea look quite good for promotion

The players of team to be replaced(eg Preston) could be moved to Free Agents. Those who are fans of the replaced team could take note of the Game Plan (formation etc) Squad and Strips of their team and copy of Emblem before you realease a new file that would would see their team replaced, this would allow users to remake their team easily on their own and relace whichever team they wish to.

Whatever you decide though!!

I never saw any system data when I did it but no don't copy the system data, just the files and edit data.

You have to update your game to the latest version first. If it won't install after that then you probably don't have the UK version of the game.

Are any changes going to be made to players stats?

Rooney, for example, has been complete shit this entire season and is highly overrated when you look at his current stats.

On the flip side, Berbatov is having he season of his life, and should probably have his stats slightly bumped up.

It sounds like you haven't installed the dlc ingame. You would need to do that then recopy just the edit data file

Yay - I finally got it to work... it helps if you login to the Playstation Network when trying to update the DLC file :blush:

1. Go to the edit menu. Default everything in the team screen for the team you want to play with in Master League (not the players) kit & chest logo, name, badge, home ground. Don't save edit data when you exit the edit menu.

for your info- konami will upload patch for pes2011 in mid march with new stuff and january transfers. after that gtm an mm will upload their OF as a sequel to v1.0, 1.1 and 1.2. nothing before

you shouldn't use words like that. i gave you an answer and i've read carefully your post and you've said that you have read 1st post and skimmin' through pages. you don't need to read all pages but should read few last pages and search for gtm and mm posts.

i had wenb option file, due to there lack & lazyness of updating i got your file insted, but im having problems, i deleted wenb edit data. installed update then put all ur files on copy each update edit file, & when i played the game last night i went in2 edit & birminghams kit is on chelsea, arsenal away kit is not showing, west ham has aston villa... now im pretty good with these because ive been doin option files for so long, but i cant get my head around what is causing this....
