just realised, when i create the bundesliga ill be swapping out to teams from pes league with the licensed bayern munich and werder bremen. this means ill have two fake teams to overwrite in the other european teams section. should i overwrite them with two missing champions league teams? of so which teams are missing from the game?

Glen I was going to create an OF with Championship clubs but as your file was so good last season I think I'll wait for yours. And with Bundasliga too, a bonus.
I used pesstatdatabase last season and thought the stats were a little too high for the lower league. If you have not already seen can I point you in the direction of Jaymez Hetfields thread on WENB

You should get yourself a USB stick before friday, they cost next to nothing these days (a couple of quid), and it's the easiest way to install an option file - you don't need one with massive memory, a little 32mb would do for this purpose! :)

i use GIMP to create kits...its quite simple....just Google "PES kit creation guide" and follow the link.

You can us photoshop if you prefer. ;)

ust spent the entire evening finishing the M.L. in order to get some good credit to unlock some of the classic players, and after finishing the first season with all the trophies, I got 80 Crack point's or whatever, when all 7 of the classic teams cost 300 each, and there are 40 individual packs that cost 40 points each, which means you need to have 3,700 points ( ) to unlock all the classic players...

Thats why they post the games early so they dont have to keep dishing out £3.00 to everyone coz they know Royal Mail are rubbish. Sometimes you'll get a new release due out on Friday, on a Thursday and it has been know to come as early as Wednesday.

Probably a stupid question, but if you have a master league running with an OF installed, and then the OF gets updated, will installing the new option file mean that i will have to start the ML again or will the updates just not work?

No you'll not need to start the ML again. When you start the ML you will always have those teams, players, stats for the players and league structures. When the option file is updated you'll have the new teams, players, stats but not in the master league you already have running. You will have the updated kits and player appearances in ML as well as the other modes. Hope it answers your question.

Just a bit of advice, do what I do, dont start the masterleague until you are happy with the teams and stats of the edited teams in D2 league. Glen The Magpie will have a file out with 18 championship teams with stats and player likeness shortly after the release for the D2. My guess would be November time as there is Loads to edit, although with the great PES community many people have helped by offering information and files to create OFs so this year maybe a bit sooner.

just realised, when i create the bundesliga ill be swapping out to teams from pes league with the licensed bayern munich and werder bremen. this means ill have two fake teams to overwrite in the other european teams section. should i overwrite them with two missing champions league teams? of so which teams are missing from the game?

You make/find the templates, put them onto a usb stick, plug it into your ps3 and then upload it to your hardrive/pictures.
When you go on to edit kit you'll have something like logo/template/picture, just select the template and the font of the kit is done.

To add to that if you plan on carrying our 2010 season prequal data over, your faces I made will be all over the place.... and I would imagine half of you wont even know what face is for what player, I have found the face importation to be much much improved & this will allow me to make them even better! issues you will have if your gonna load our last files faces is that they dont fit correct! so they will mostly all need doing all over again, I have all my data backed up from last season & will be able to adjust every player, thing is now its gonna take time!

Everyone who has been making OF for the last 1-2 weeks have been working on a version that is not the UK version (01201).
Now the game is out everyone (id say 95%) has found out they have 01020 which has totally ballsed everything up

I loaded the prequel data but i didnt risk the faces. After adding the rest mine seems like a good start i guess. I just ok'd edit data and kits and i got like 90% of the premiership sorted, including tranfers. Just a couple of teams like Newcastle, West Brom and Liverpool not set up i think. Also no npower league either though unfortunately. That was a big burn as im currently screwed for starting a ML :(
Really hope someone's gonna come to the rescue on the BLES-20 version soon. If you do take it on yourself Mighty Mag and do a similar file to GTM with the npower league included id be well chuffed mate :thumbsup:

Yes use the prequal data from our 2010 season, but only load the teams, kits etc, as the rest is tottally buggered up!

Im not sure, because I cant use data froma a different edit version, the answer to that is GTM, its only a rumour he has Bles21, He has not PM'd me to confirm, but you wouldnt be able to do both files exact the same they would be similar, I am hoping if he hasn't got Bles20, he might go out and buy it to keep all the UK useres happy, & we can work together again,

otherwise like I said il be looking to create a new file, or mix WENB's into a Npower Championship file If the lads will let me, as I would have to speak to the other Staff members over on WENB, & see if they will agree,

I personally rekon it would take a month or so to get the first file accurate, then you take it from there, I mean the last file was 6 versions from the base 3.0, a year later!

Im not sure, because I cant use data froma a different edit version, the answer to that is GTM, its only a rumour he has Bles21, He has not PM'd me to confirm, but you wouldnt be able to do both files exact the same they would be similar, I am hoping if he hasn't got Bles20, he might go out and buy it to keep all the UK useres happy, & we can work together again,

otherwise like I said il be looking to create a new file, or mix WENB's into a Npower Championship file If the lads will let me, as I would have to speak to the other Staff members over on WENB, & see if they will agree,

What a choker! you must be more gutted than anyone Mighty-mag. i'm sure you wouldn't have done all that work if you'd have known they sent you a different version.
it seems the majority of the editing is going into the prem and championship teams, which is leaving a lot of people out ( BLES 1020 ).
I'd of thought KONAMI could at least send you both a 1020 version to get it up and running, never mind buying one. After all you are making their product more marketable.
I'm gonna load my files from 2010 for the time being . in the mean time, good luck son! i hope you get it sorted with out to much grief. cheers again.

Alright guys, hows the Option File looking? I've been using an old PES2010 as a base for mine the "patching" doesn't work on teams within PES League - which is fairly annoying.

Is there any news on how Konami's official update's will effect created OF? It could cause problems for you guys if there is an update every couple of months and it butchers all your work. Bloomin' Konami!

just realised, when i create the bundesliga ill be swapping out to teams from pes league with the licensed bayern munich and werder bremen. this means ill have two fake teams to overwrite in the other european teams section. should i overwrite them with two missing champions league teams? of so which teams are missing from the game?

think i found a bug in the edit mode,im up to 275 kit pngs copied across but every time i try to add another png it double copies to the front and back of the kit im copying it to and it then also copies to the back of every other teams kit in the game,very weird ive to keep checking now to see if every kit png i add from 275 upwards doesnt fuck up the game

Does this affect the loading times?

I'm currently running (BLES-01021) WENB OF and about 50% has been added to pre-match loading times and the Master League menu takes an age to show thanks to its new 'wallpaper'

Think I'd sooner play against Middlebrook & West Midlands Village than sit there for ages looking at the loading circle

The 21 is one of the European versions, the companies that where selling it in uk before Fridays release date and even now were part of the European batch that were released earlier. All the copys in uk retailers from the official release date of Friday will be the 20 uk version.
