Option file or 1.01 PS3 ?

is there an option file so far for V1.01 for the EU Ver.?

1.01 affects only online play. options file is not affected. but rumour dlc has official transfer update

i tried to copy option files that r here non of them worked
i do copy but no effect in the game?
