of course you can.

inside the game go to "System Settings", "Language Settings", "Commentary Language" or "In-Game Text"
then choose the language you want.

The game is Japanese and the original version in asia is called "Winning Eleven" and the commentator their is Jon Kabira.

I have 2 questions, where do i put the downloaded files(maybe they have a readme i didn't download them yet but asking just in case)

2nd question is will i be able to put Japanese commentary and english menu and if so how do i do it ?

first you unrar the files so you get a single file "dt00_j.img" and you put it in the "img" folder.
regarding your second question, yes you can. Commentary files are separated from menu files, as you can see the whole thread tells you that.

actually I don't know the exact difference I haven't checked it up, but I guess it has something to do with the American version which has the Brazilian Portuguese, the Latin American Spanish and the American English.

it is so simple to change commentary language if your commentary is not correct.
just rename the dt00_f.img or somthing to dt00_e.img for english menu commetary.
for french menu commentary dt00_f.img
for japanese menu commentary dt00_j.img
similar for other language Enjoy..........

I'm brazilian, thanks for uploading the brazilian commentaries, but to be honest, after playing some games, I've downloaded the english commentaries, because Silvio Luiz misses too much and he blame the players everytime, then it becomes boring.

I prefer the old english or japanese one. :D
