the monaco player's (N'Koulou is it?) hairstyle isn't going to appear in the hairstyle menu. you have to base copy the player whose hairstyle you want and then just change everything except the hairstyle to default.

Bale's a pretty good shout for his face actually, they do look quite similar, especially if you could reduce the face size on Bale's default face.

Not convinced by the hair though, think it's a bit too tall - the bit at the bottom looks like Medium-Wavy-4, but obviously the top of that hairstyle is nothing like Huggel's hair.
