Best Master League Players from Day 1

I searched the forums but couldn't find anything on this...

Who are the best master league players to buy from "day 1" or as soon as you start a master league?

Also, during set-up of the master league I told the system I want to do direct negotiations yet once I choose a player the scout takes over. How is that?

The scout takes over, then when he's done, you get the results of his negotiations: the price of the player and his salary. You can either accept those and buy the player, or edit them and let him renegotiate.

And from the youth team I 'bought' Palmieri, who is a very good CB, and continues to improve fast.

diego his status is late peak so bout 27/28 he will start gettin very good
