Detailed installation guide:

1. Install the official Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 datapack 2.00
Start the game, go to Extra Content, choose "datapack" and follow the instructions.
2. Install Pesgalaxy Patch 1.30
Download, unpack and start the installer, installing the patch to your Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 folder.
You may copy your "Option.bin" from "My Documents\Konami\Pro Evolution Soccer 2011\save" to "My Documents\Konami\Pesgalaxy.tk Patch 2011\save\" to use your settings while playing with the Pesgalaxy Patch.


Troubleshooting

Help! Everytime I start the game with the old Exe I find parts of the patch in the game! Executing the patch-Exe, I can find the other parts! Names etc. on the one hand, Logos, Jerseys etc. on the other?
Given you installed the kitserver correctly (see above), then something went wrong while copying the save files. Please follow EXACTLY the instructions given above! When done correctly, not a single file will be overwritten in your original save folder. After copying the Pesgalaxy Saves, you should see two folders in "My Documents\Konami\": "Pro Evolution Soccer 2011" (plus subfolders) and "Pesgalaxy.tk Patch 2011" (plus subfolders). If you have other Konami games installed, there may be more than these two, but they are of no interest concerning the patch.

The stadiums have graphical errors. What do I have to do to get rid of them?
Download http://www.multiupload.com/PHL7MQJVMS , unpack and copy all files to "My Documents\Konami\Pesgalaxy.tk Patch 2011\save".

The game crashes after the start screen (the one where version and datapack are shown)
You have to delete the "option.bin" in "My Documents\Konami\Pesgalaxy.tk Patch 2011\save", which also means that you have to readjust your settings. BUT this should solve the problem.


FAQ

Why does the patch come with it's own exe?
Just think of it as having two Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 "Versions" now. The one with the Pesgalaxy Patch and an unpatched (or one with another patch) version.

Can I use the patch online?
Yes and no. The player stats will be standard ones again, but the kits can be used online, so you will see the jerseys, faces etc. from the patch. The ones you play with will only see these kits if they have installed the patch as well.

Can I use another custom patch besides Pesgalaxy at the same time?
Yes. Since the patch has it's own exe and it's own save folder, you can use at least one more custom patch. Whether you can use more is dependent on the other patch you installed. Patches that will alter other things than the Pesgalaxy Patch, like a stadium patch or Chants will even ork within the Pesgalaxy Patch, as long as you do not have to relink anything.

Is it possible to load my old Become A Legend/Masterleague saves when using the patch?
Yes. But first you have to copy your saves from "My Documents\Konami\Pro Evolution Soccer 2011\save" to "My Documents\Konami \Pesgalaxy.tk Patch 2011\save\". The files you have to copy are "BLxx.bin" for Become A Legend and "MLxx.bin" for Masterleague. But be warned that you could encounter certain akward things when playing your Masterleague/BaL. Furthermore, newly added players will still be missing, but those that were only changed will be in. In my BaL career for example, Tottenham still has only 22 players. With the patch installed, there should be 32.

Will future releases of the patch include custom chants?
Probably not. These would make the patch simply too big. Other chant patches do work with the Pesgalaxy Patch, though.

What did you do with those stats? Team/player/stat xy is absolutly wrong!
First and foremost, stats are nothing that can be viewed objective, so it is simply impossible to please everyone.
At the moment all stats are either the original ones by Konami or taken from the PSD (PesStatsDataBase).

Why can some players, even though they do have the right nationality, not be nominated for the national team?
These are players that are in a national team already, which is one of the classic teams. In Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 those do count as a regular national team and you cannot nominate a player for two national teams.

The patch edited the names, now they are no longer capitalized! My compulsion neurosis does not like that at all!

What do you mean? 2. Bundesliga has fake players, but will be fixed in next version.

Free Agents has many of the double players of the national teams. Do you mean these? Something like Bellamy-f?

Yes I meant those indeed, I didn't check too much what the players actually were :) I might be wrong but these guys start Master league without a team right? .. which is kind of unwanted. I'm sure you'll fix this in later versions though? (if it's possible?).

Just delete the Pesgalaxy.tk Patch folder in PES 2011 and, if you copied the save, the Pesgalaxy Savefolder.

You need to go into the "x:\xxx\xxx\PES2011\kitserver" folder and open the "manager.exe" file and press "attach".
Once done, start the game as you would normally do and enjoy the licensed kits for all the teams this OF cover.


ps. no idea why there is a space in "kitserver", it's not supposed to be there.

Can someone tell as this patch (as some other patches) have Copa libertadores teams in "Other latin american teams" -section AND in "Copa libertadores" section. Will this cause duplicate players in Master League? Or was the case that in Master League "Copa libertadores" teams & players are ignored.. Meaning that they do not exist (that's the picture I've got).
AND they do not rise from youth ranks neither? Does someone know this?

And can someone verify that the "Free players" in this patch has in edit mode free players folders, Players like "Bale-f". DO NOT get born in Master League youth teams neither?

And one thing, right now the editing of leagues isn't working as it causes weird leagues to come.. you'll probably fix this next patch?

EDIT: I managed to pull off my own option file which works with PESEdit, but has Pesgalaxy stats, rosters and kits. So with that I can change leagues, don't get other latin american teams, copa libertadore teams into Master League this way though.

The stadiums that came with the patch don't have sponsor images, they seem to have like somekind of errorimage instead.

Is it likely that I've screwed up something when messing with files or has anyone else this?

1. Install newest version of kitserver
Download, unpack and copy the folder "kitserver" into your Pro Evolution Soccer 2011-folder. Inside the kitserver folder, you will find the file "manager.exe". Execute it, choose "pes2011.exe" at Game Executable and click attach.

So first I install the whole patch somewhere, then pick the kitserver out of it and place it in the pes 2011 map (the one in program files - konami I guess, not the one with the saves). But when I click on the manager.exe, select pes 2011.exe (only one there) I get an error: 'setup failed to install kitserver 2011 for ...\pes2011.exe. Verify that the executable is not READ-ONLY, and try again.' What's going wrong? I already tried installing the whole patch first and then running manager.exe, but it gives the same error.

Found a solution to bugging stadium addboards and backgrounds by reading the first post, should've read it :D

But then to the real problem. The patch has only 2 teams which Strips can be edited, in "Other European teams". Serignaluca and one else. (I think they replace the moved Bayern and bremen right?)

Now, I want to play Master League with my own custom team, so I choose Serignaluca. Save my game. Then I edit their strips, name, etc. But one thing is a problem now! If I change Serignalucas stadium it wont change it into my Master League! Do the same with any other team than these 2 and their stadium will change also into your Master League save if you change it.. But these 2 are the only ones which strips can be changed.

But these teams are probably somehow hard coded into game or what? I always have the same "Bristol Mary Stadium". I really would like to make and have my own stadium for my own team.

Developers aware of this "bug"?

You got 2 choices-

1. Don't edit league structure, begin ML. As it seems that you've already edited it, you have to replace your option file in C:\...\Konami\pesgalaxy.tk folder with an unedited one which came with patch 1.10.

2. If you want it's possible to edit league structure before beginning, but then you DON'T HAVE copa libertadores teams in ML. AND you have to do some file editing in windows.

If you want to do choice num.2 I can guide you through via private messages.

Your gamefolder where is normal Pes11.exe should also have a folder pesgalaxy.tk, go there, there is another Pes11.exe and use that. Run that once, quit game.

Solved my own bug ;) Seems that if I change Bayern Munich stadium in Bundesliga, in Master league my Serignaluca's stadium will change :happy:

But still some work for patch next version for developers to make this right :)

To all who read this patch notes, there's a possibility to play with this patch Master League with a Copa Libertadores team, or not. If you choose not, you can edit the league structures (if you choose yes then editing leagues will cause the game to crash on ML), just needs a little file editing. If you want to know how, feel free to PM me.

I want to edit ML, so I uninstalled the patch. However, I liked the faces. Is there a way to put the faces in the game manually? Because I installed the PESEdit patch now, but it has much less bundesliga faces.

I'll explain now how to be able to edit league structures with this patch. but note: you can't use copa libertadores teams then in Master League (this is PES2011 default). Don't worry, the change can be reverted easily :)

This might be a bit complicated if you are not familiar with moving files in windows but here we go:

1. First I suggest go to C:\mydocuments\konami\pesgalax y.tk\save take files option and edit. And copy them to a safe place (for instance make a folder and paste those files there).

2. Then go to your PES2011 game folder (the folder where is kitserver and game exe). There folder: Pes2011\pesgalaxy.tk Patch 2011\kitserver\pesgalaxy\img\d t0f.img folder.
Now there should be 7 files named Unnamed_etc. Now again make a copy of them for instance into this folder another folder:
"Pesgalaxy_copa". And copy all these files there.

3. THEN go back to folder "Pes2011\pesgalaxy.tk Patch 2011\kitserver\pesgalaxy\img\d t0f.img". Now delete following files (don't worry we just safe copied them )

unnamed_2184, unnamed_2185, unnamed_ 2186

4. You're done! Now start Pes2011 from pesgalaxy.exe.
Go to edit mode and check "Other latin american teams", there should only be 3 teams if you did everything right, no copa libertadores teams.
Now you can safely edit league structures and Master League will work.
If for some reason didn't work, you have the still working option file which we copied in the beginning.

Just wondering, when i play the game, the stadium seems to be missing picture files. As a result I am getting boxes with red crosses in them. Is there anyway to fix this? it doesnt effect game play, just not so comfortable on the eyes thats all.

I had the same problem.
Check the first post of the topic, there's a link to download stadium pack, do that. And follow it's instructions :) (install into C:\mydocuments\konami\.. If I recall correctly put all the individual files into same folder as saves & edit. and there you go :)

Installed the patch everything works fine and looks great!

Just one problem, my 360 controller for windows no longer works! Tried copy over the exe to the games folder in the settins for the controller but it still doesnt seem to want to work!

Any body else had this problem?

(it was working fine before i installed the patch)


Tried using the settings.exe which lets me set the controllers up but wont let me set my xbox controller as the default control!

The keyboard is always the default control. Meaning when play a game i can set "player 2" to the xbox controller and all is well however i cant set "player 1" to anything but the keyboard. Meaning i will just be playing against no one as i dont have 4 arms!

Nice but!! But only some names of the spanish leguage and bundesliga teames have a square strange cross in it. For example Bayern Mxnchen, Mxalga. Is that a mistake of this patch?

I don't know how it's possible. After installing patch 1.21 it's give the strange crosses.

I have found the problem. It's indeed a language problem.
When i set the language into Dutch
it's give the crosses. Because i'm from The Netherlands i put
it automatically on the dutch language. I have set it back into the
English language and it give the right teamnames. But i don't worry about it. I will put it on the english language.

well well, what I did was installed the new pespatch 0.2, installed new Pesgalaxy -patch, deleted everything inside, put all from the older Pesgalaxy patch into new pesgalaxypatch folder..

Now I got old pesgalaxypatch working with new pes :)
..I wanted to have an editable team, which is lowest in rank for Master League. In the new Pesgalaxy patch they're not, The Fake1 , Fake2 are quite high ranked.. :/

I downloaded your patch and followed the instructions. However, when I start the game, there arent any changes on the game unfortunately. I re-installed the game and downloaded the patch a second time and although I get no errors it does not install aparently...am I the only one with this problem?

I have installed the new Konami patch and after this i installed
the 1.51 hotfix. When i open the game with
the pesgalaxy patch he says data pach 7.0.0. But when i go to the players he not use the konami patch. Also the new boots are not available. It looks it’s not compatible with the new patch of Konami
