after you check how the player fitness is? So annoying to pick a team and half the starters are with a arrow pointing down and then you can't change teams!!! WTF!

I agree, it's very annoying. Especially when you're playing against the bigger teams with a slightly smaller one and your top player is on a purple arrow. It's a real leveller. I recently played a game with Juve against Milan, my 2 best wingers, Krasic and Pepe were on purple. I still managed to survive though.
This is why I play lobbies when I can. I create a match room and set the condition to Normal. It also allows we to kick the person out of my room if I see they are a big team user. Which brings me to another point, you should be allowed to back out of the room when you see your opponent has picked Real Madrid for the umpteenth time in a row, without penalty. You shouldn't be forced into playing these teams if you don't want to.

PS: Why have you got that c*** for your avatar?

haha you don't like Balotelli? LOL

You're right, I don't see how hard its to implement an option to let you back out of a game if your team is messed up or you don't want to play Real all the time.

Nobody likes Balotelli... I'm not even sure Balotelli likes Balotelli :D

Check my post on the bottom of this thread if you want to see my opinion on "Super" Mario:

You're new avatar is more acceptable. I mentioned how I like to use Juve against the bigger teams, he's one of the reasons why.

haha I read ! there is some truth to what you write about him but there is more to the Balotelli story than we all read and see in the media. I for one think he's very talanted and glad he is away from the scrutiny of the Italian media and the racism that is widespread in SerieA stadiums, hopefully in England he will grow as a person and player.
